Description of Work: Started with Rural a year ago. I changed my heating system from oit to propane and needed a larger tank. Gault (I'd been using them for 5 yrs) wanted to charge me to 1) exchange THEIR tank 2) charge me more for the use of a larger tank. I called Rural, they charge NOTHING for the use of their tanks, changed everything without an extra charge. I only had to pay upfront for a full tank of propane. I LOVE them!
