We had to constantly follow up on him. He guaranteed a finish date but did not finish by this date. In fact he never did finish. He never got any permits or zoning approval although he told us he did. It was a disaster from start to finish.

He had a horrible temper when I tried to ask him his schedule to complete the jobs. When I started to feel unsafe having him in my home, I terminated the contract and asked for my money back. To this date, he refuses to return my downpayment on the jobs. On investigation, I found he is  being sued by multiple people, including ex-wife for failure to pay alimony and child support, and foreclosed on a house. He was clearly in over his head and had spent my money before he started the job. I recommend nobody hire him. His temper is volatile and he does not finish the work.
