They were supposed to come back the next day and never showed up. When you call them you sometimes get a rude guy, sometimes get an answering machine, and sometimes get an answering machine that doesn't even let you leave a message.
I finally get in touch with someone on Sunday (a day after they were supposed to come back) and they said they would come on Tuesday (3 days after schedule) and that they would be there at noon. I call them at 12:30 today asking where they are and they said, "He is stuck at a job and you are next on the list". I was frustrated at this point and it should have been obvious to them. I said, "This is getting ridiculous, my pool is still leaking and is unusable right now, what am I supposed to do?". They simply reply, "I don't know what to tell you".
Completely rude and unprofessional people. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
They deserve to go out of business.
