Not good. He was volatile in disposition and used psychology to completely take control of the homeowner and put himself into the "drivers seat." It was difficult to get an honest answer out of him regarding his billings--if there were questions or any problems with his outrageous hourly billings--and he was very dismissive to women overall. He made mistakes on the job that he did not own up to. Nor did he pay for these building mistakes to be repaired and re-done. He was hardly ever on site to oversee the work and never took responsibility if something went wrong. His up-front promises to save us money and time were completely ignored once he got on the job. We found out later that he primarily works on his own "spec" homes and will only take on a renovation to supplement his income. This was not very good for the homeowner to discover after he had already been hired. It was a total disaster dealing with this company.
