It went very well.  Mike came early, was pleasant and courteous, and we had the job done, including reassembly, turn-on and leveling, in less than an hour and a half.  I will hire this contractor again - cleaning the gutters, hanging new window shutters, and perhaps some tile work in the master bath.  His price for the work he did was very reasonable, and he stuck to his estimate.  The price quote for the gutter-cleaning was also very reasonable.

Called yesterday for an appointment to come over the house to estimate a job.  Courbon said he would come by the next day in the afternoon and gave me a couple of times when he would arrive.  I asked he call when he was on his way.  He never called nor gave any indication of why he didn't show.

Responsive to our calls, came and quickly gave us a quote and stuck to it. Completed job-including a little extra; we offered to pay more but he wouldn't except it-very professional, priced reasonably and takes pride in his work. Already, hired for more projects.
