he was awesome as well.Everything went well. They were patient with us as we struggled to get the "right" look. There was never any pressure, just helpful advice. Once we were ready to order she recommended an installer, and he was awesome as well. Some of the grades I gave aren't "A", but that's because we weren't shopping on price, so I can't comment. We needed help and we got it. When we re-do the tile entry in a year or two we'll be back.

We selected tile with inserts and a decorative bottom. It took me weeks to pick it out and Joy was just lovely. At first I thought I had my tile picked out. But them when I got it I hated it. Just took it back. And we started again. No pressure, just help in finding what I wanted. I was there for weeks, taking home tile and bringing it back. No pressure. So if you have an idea, or a picture, or a color, or even just a piece of tile they can build a room around it. You can go back in a week, a month, or a year and find Joy just as friendly as ever. Once you see this  little gem on rt 25 you will be back for all of your projects.
