They were able to take our puppy in for a nail trim when my regular groomer was not available that day. I was quoted a price of $10 over the phone. I was told to come right down. I explained on the phone that my pup was terrified of nail clipping for some reason. I told them she was kind of crazy. I was told that wasn't going to be a problem. The groomer put her on the table and put the sling over her head, AND WALKED AWAY to get the clippers! My dog tried to jump off the table and I heard her scream and saw her literally hanging off the strap. I was visibly upset. The groomer said she'd be fine and asked me to wait outside because I was upsetting the dog. huh? My pup yelped throughout the ordeal. I was then charged $15 instead of $10. They also do doggy day care. The place is all corralled so it is safe but the noise level of all those barking dogs was awful. I will stick with my regular groomer who charges $5.00, is done within minutes with no stress for the dog and stays with it.
