The job was not acceptable because a number of tiles had what looked like magic marker drawings on them (one of them being the letter "S"). It should be noted that we had almost a full box of extra tiles so there was no need to include the damaged tiles. When we called about this, Bob Danczek, the owner of the company, told us to sand the tile which we did; however, the magic marker drawings had penetrated the tile. Also, the grout between the countertop and the tile crumbled, leaving large gaps between the countertop and tile. Bob Danjczek of Good Designs told us that the wrong grout was used and he would send his workman to re-do the grout. After many many calls, and many promises to come to our home, we have not seen hide nor hair of anyone from Good Designs and our tile is still considered by us and anyone who sees it to be a shoddy job. Would I hire them again or recommend them to anyone? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
