He inspected where I thought I had a leak, ran the tub and the shower. He discovered that the water is getting behind the caulking on the tub surround. He explained that the type of tub I have has a lip and is not really good for lots of showers which is how we use the bathroom.
He made a recommendation on how to remedy the situation.
Very friendly, very clear about explaining everything he saw. Very happy with the service.
