I had a property listed for sale for 6 months with another realtor. The property was not marketed. There were only 2 showings of the house in 6 months, no open house, no attempt to move the property. I contracted with Diorio Associates on February 20, 2016. The house sold in less than 2 months and the closing is scheduled for May 27. Mr. Diorio has been a dynamic representative. He worked tirelessly to move the property for us. He is extremely professional and aggressive, and his knowledge of the industry is second to none.
