 + 0 moreD R CHARLES ENVIRONMENTAL provided a competitive price for the Top Soil & common fill. The delivery was prompt and the driver was accommodating. The problem was with the quality of the top soil. My gardener informed me that the Top Soil had too much sand mixed in an the small rocks were not screened out properly. Trying to grow grass in this is not working out very well.
Description of Work: Provided and delivered Top Soil and common fill.
