Anthony Vizzo Plumbing & Heating LLC

Discovered a broken drain line late at night. After reviewing Angie's List I had a list of plumbers to call in the morning. Anthony Vizzo was my first call and thankfully the only call I needed to make. Tony answered right away, discussed the problem and scheduled Mike and Joe to come out first thing. Mike and Joe arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the drain line. This included, not only fixing the break, but also correcting a previous connection that was not done properly. They took the time to discuss potential causes of the issue in addition to checking the line to ensure I was not at risk anywhere else. The repair was done quickly and the workmanship was great. When Mike came to the door to settle the bill he removed his shoes. That might seem like a small thing to some, but I was in the service industry and to me it is a sign of respecting the customers property. Everything about Anthony Vizzo plumbing shows them to be professional and honest. What else could you ask for! I have work I need done in the future. I will definitely be calling Anthony Vizzo to bid. I should also point out this job was done the day before Christmas. A hectic time for all, and they came through with flying colors.

He sent his plumber Sean (Seth?) to do the job. When there was a hiccup in communication between the contractor and the plumber, there was no argument or difficulties from Tony or Sean. They just fixed it and finished the project. And I don't think they necessarily were at fault for the miscommunication either so I really appreciated them doing the work as contracted. It's been 3 years and I hacen had a problem in that bathroom. I've asked Tony to come out again last year for a new project which I haven't started yet and he came over and helped me decide what to do and order. He also fixed some small issues (leaky toilet in a bathroom he didn't install). Highly recommend!

Tony stopped by to give an estimate to fix a few issues with our furnace.  We decided to go with Anthony Vizzo Plumbing and were very happy with their work.  Chuck spent several hours fixing our furnace, repaired the leak and rebooted the entire system.  He made sure to check all the pipes to ensure that we would not have any problems with our heat.  I would recommend Anthony Vizzo Plumbing and would use them again in the future.  Thank you for the great work.

Returned my call within a few hours, arrived ahead of schedule, and had no problem addressing the issues! This was a pleasant surprise as our first attempt to have these issues addressed (with another company) failed to inspire confidence. It was a rainy day and they removed their shoes without any prompting on my part!
