I have used Janazzo before in my previous house, and their work then showed remarkable attention to detail and a real ability to go the extra mile. As a result I called them to go over the HVAC in my new house and got the same excellent service. A technician was available the day I called, arrived exactly when scheduled, and went about his work quickly and efficiently.

The vibration in our furnace had gotten really bad - it worked, just shook the house. We also knew the filter needed to be fixed. My husband had tried to fix both in the past, but we knew that they both needed to be fixed by professionals. We called another company who sent out a representative to give us an estimate. This estimate cost us over $100 for a Saturday call and the estimate for the repair was almost $2000. We decided that was too high and called Janazzo for a second opinion. We couldn't take the time off work to have someone come back out during the day to give us an estimate and we couldn't wait until the weekend. So Janazzo's folks told us that if we could send a photo of the damaged part(s), and the name, model and serial number of the furnace, they could probably give us an estimate over the phone. They did - and it was much more reasonable. We scheduled the repair for later that week at 9:00 am. On Friday morning, at 8:55, our repair guy showed up. He was friendly (played with the dog and said hello to the baby) and professional. I took him down to the furnace - he explained the problem, what he'd need to do to fix it, and showed me all the non-working parts. He offered a couple of different alternatives to consider, and then got to working. He was done in about 45 minutes and wrote up the bill. It came out less than the estimate and the vibration in the house stopped. He stayed for a few minutes after he was done to make sure that we knew what might need to be done in the future to maintain. All in all, this was a great service call and we'd never hesitate to use these guys again.

Considering this was an office building and I needed it fixed fast, I thought they did a good job. After I called them, they were able to come out in about a couple of hours. The people were nice and trustworthy. This company provides both residential and commercial services.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL PRETTY QUICKLY. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER BUT IT WASN'T TOO BAD. THEY DO FAIRLY GOOD WORK AND THEY GOT IT DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
