Smooth. Lots of moving parts in construction. Wood grain showed up everyday timely, provided quality craftsmanship and most importantly he cares about the relationship between the client and contractor. That's the key to a successful project.

Our house is an older one and some of stairs on staircase were getting loose. We realized at some point soon we'd have to do a larger project (new bannister, railings, platform) but we didnt want to undertake a big project at the moment. Another company tried to tell us that we would have to replace entire staircase to fix our problem (and would not be cheap) but Karol (pronounce Carl) was very honest with us, explained what we could and couldnt achieve through a "spot" fix. He was very professional and explained every step he would take to strengthen our staircase and repair issue. His quote was also much more reasonable than other quotes we received. When we decide to move forward with larger carpentry project well certainly look forward to working with Karol again
