Alex Paulino of Wood Art Flooring did a great job for us.  He was very dependable, reasonable in his estimate and immediately corrected any small problem that arose.  We highly recommend him.

The result was absolutely beautiful. Promt responses, on time for appointments and quality work. The cuts necessary to handle difficult angles came out beautiful. We absolutely will call them again.

Wood Art evaluated existing flooring in 50 year old home for refinishing and consulted on a unique problem.  Original parque flooring on one entire level was removed in sections to install other types of flooring.  I wanted to restore the whole floor to the original parque.  Wood Art proposed several ranges of solutions in different price ranges and offered to search multiple regional sources to try to match the original parque flooring.  All estimates were provided in writing and Wood Art was in constant communication during the research phase. A perfect match was located and the work scheduled.  The entire process was extremely well organized, the communication of progress reports was constant, all timetables were adhered to, and the price was as promised.  I originally dreaded this project but Wood Art made it painless.  In addition, they provided great consultative advice on color matching, blending from room to room and suggestions for painting and related wood staining to compliment the work they performed.  You can absolutely not tell where the 50 year flooring ends and the new flooring begins. The final product has wowed all who have viewed the work.  I would recommend Wood Art without reservation. This was a large job covering over 5000 sq feet of wood flooring on multi-levels of a contemporary home, with multiple staircases in need of refinishing as well.  I could not be more pleased.
