Any issue that you have takes a minimum of two weeks to resolve because you are constantly speaking with computers/robots. They said since I was having troubles they would discount me. I found out they just took off my line insurance and private number to “discount” me which they later said was a coincidence. Each time I have requested that they don’t contact me using their computers but within an hour I get a phone call from the computer. Yesterday I struggled on the phone from 1:58 PM to 4:04 PM. That’s pretty much the story for the last couple of weeks. Ever since getting Fios all I have dealt with is ineptitude, corruption, robots and many people that just don’t listen. Some were very polite but unable to help in a timely fashion.

There are really no problems. We have had a price with their global service, but that is more wireless internet, it seems like they don't know what to do. We pay the money, but we don't know Their price is higher than others. I have a business and we don't want customers to know that we have a bad connection. The people seem nice but you have to know what you are doing. I would use them again.
