The third time I really had some questions to ask about what she had just done, and we had paid for, but the Vet had no time for us. I started to ask questions, she looked at me angrily and left.
We never will.
I find that people who need to arrogant and pompous usually are insecure in their own abilities and that she could or would not answer questions directly served only to further that impression. I had hoped that this VCA was different that the other ones I have been to over the years. It is not, it is worse.
The staff are all very nice and caring. It is the Veterinarians, the one who is in charge, and for whose services I am paying that has no understanding of her science, or couldn't be bothered to share it with us.
