They did a great job and even had to wait for fixtures that I ordered that were late.

HAD A LOT OF CONTRACTORS OVER THE HOUSE THESE GUYS I FEAL ARE THE BEST ON PRICE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT

Awful. Existing problems with both bathrooms, work not completed after six months on what was contracted as a one month job. Hiring a new contractor to fix leaking shower jets, crumbling grout and unevenly installed floor tile, broken shower door, running (brand new) toilets, hole in the wall above the vanity, crooked walls, etc. Upstairs new walk in shower needs to be demoed and reinstalled due to unevenly built wall. A long list of unfinished poor workmanship. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

The product is good but there has nothing but problems with the install. Quality did not come close to what was paid for.

Could not be happier. Job went just as planned and installers were great (man on the phone was very friendly too)

I met with a rep from this company and was pitched a new tub hard.  It was like a time share pitch with this price is only good now and goes up 2000$ tomorrow. After 24 hours I decided to cancel contract.  Owner Joe called and asked why I said because of the high pressure sales pitch.  He agreed to let me thing about it and keep the price the same.  So I finally agreed and they came to install tub on Nov 4th.  The installation crew was very nice.  However they installed the wrong wall and crooked fixtures.  I called and complained and Joe said it would be fixed.  That's fine.  However in the mean time the loan went thru and I am paying interest on a tub and shower my husband hates because of the crooked wall fixtures. Here it is two almost three months later and I still don't have the shower I am already paying for.  They are suppose to be coming this Thursday but my loan payment came due again and I am very frustrated paying on something I do not have.  I think they should have waited to put the loan thru until the job was complete.

When they first did the job we were unhappy with the result but we called and spoke with the customer service rep that was in charge of that particular project. She did have somebody come out to rectify the issue. They were pretty on time.

They did a good job. They came in and negotiated it. They then came back a few days later and did it all in 1 day. They have a fast crew. They were on time. As far as I could tell, they are good people.

I thought they were good but they left nails all over the ground. They had a magnet on wheels but they couldn't pick up everything. They were very clean. They did a good job on the roof.

I HAD MY WHOLE HOUSE SIDED WITH A BEAUTIFUL TAN INSULATED SIDING WHICH NOW MAKES MY HOUSE PROBABLY THE NICEST ON THE BLOCK! I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE JOB WAS DONE FROM THE INITIAL VISIT WHEN I FIRST SIGNED THE CONTRACT TO THE LAST DAY THE GUYS WERE HERE FINISHING THE INSTALL. MY SALES REP WAS VERY HELPFUL HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN GREAT DETAIL. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE. WE HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE NEW GUTTERS THE RUN ON THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WAS NOT PITCHED PROPERLY SO AFTER THE FIRST RAIN I PROMPLY CALLED THEIR SERVICE DEPT AND THEY CAME OUT WITH-IN TWO DAYS AND FIXED THE GUTTERS NO PROBLEMS ASKED. I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE LOOKING TO DO ANY HOME IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR HOUSE! AND AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE THEY EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THANK YOU US WINDOWS AND SIDING WHOLESALERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!

i had us windows come into my home for replacement windows. they came and gave me an estimate in my home i did not have to go anywhere i liked that alot. and then they came back about 3 weeks later and installed them. i am really hapopy with my windows i have no more drafts and i no longer hear the traffic from outside. i am looking to do a few more windows next year and siding as well. i know that i will be using us windows again.
