Very disappointed with my experience with this company. First, be sure to have everything the salesman commits to is in writing on the contract. He assured me that the problem I was having with my old shower draining would be corrected and it never was. I waited 6 weeks for a new shower to be installed, the workers showed up late and it took longer than they estimated (did ot leave until 8pm on day 2). They only address problems within the bathroom walls, anything else they tell you to call someone else AFTER installation and payment. I was missing a shower curtain rod that took weeks to get and had to install myself. I also found it difficult to get someone on the phone to address issues. A new shower, that unfortunately I can not use.

Job not completed satisfactorily. Customer service promises to make it right but has failed to do so. I am getting run-around and leaking is not fixed.

We must admit that we were hesitant when we saw some negative reviews, but after doing out research, we decided to go with Bath Planet and we are so glad we did!!! The positive reviews far outweighed the negative!!! And we all know there are some people that just love to complain!!! Chris La Chance, the salesman, was very knowledgeable of the product and process. Joe Thomas, the owner, gave us the confidence that this would go well and we would be happy. James and Harry, the installers, were professional, courteous and extremely skilled. James certainly worked his magic in removing our existing walk-in, steam shower to creating a new shower that makes us feel like weĆ¢ re in a luxury hotel!!! Our materials came in early, so they were able to start ahead of schedule and completed the job in a day and a half, as promised!!!! Amazing!!!! We are beyond pleased with our new shower!!! We highly recommend Bath Planet!!!!!

I had a problem with Lowes delivery of equipment ordered from them. My vanity was delayed But I was not told. I had to cancel and order from Home Depot. I had one container arrive empty. But the guys from Bath Planet worked around all the material delays and even were working on New Years Eve to complete the project. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone having bathroom Reno done. It was a pleasure working with them. They covered rugs and cleaned up from demo and construction.

Recommended for very high quality of work, done quickly, with surprisingly good financing options. They are busy with a lot of projects, so you might have to wait. But once it's your turn, they do excellent quality work, and it's completed very quickly. They are willing to hire outside contractors if there are special requirements, like electrical work.

Sheldon and Richard did a fantastic job in putting in the new tub/shower surround. They were friendly, polite, and experts in what they were doing. The bathroom looks fantastic now. Would highly recommend Bath Planet.

Fixtures falling out of wall from the first week after completing project and still do. Shower base gets moldy quickly even when it s cleaned and wiped down constantly. I was told they could not install a medicine cabinet so I settled for a mirror. No help from them with measurements or design before project started.

The bathtub installed is satisfactory. However the installer had an accident that made a hole in our kitchen ceiling (the room below the bathroom). The installer insisted on trying to fix the damage, however he did not repair it properly. BathPanet did agree to deduct the cost of having the ceiling repaired by another contractor. Other concerns were as follows: The installer came in a personal vehicle, not a company vehicle, suggesting that this company outsources its work. The installer's approach to repairing the ceiling (patching with sheet-rock; painting directly over sheet-rock with no tape or compound) led us to wonder whether he is a licensed contractor. The installer brought unlicensed assistants to the job. Bath Planet had emphasized in its sales pitch that its materials are superior to those sold by Home Depot, however when the installer needed a part, he went to Home Depot to get it. I do not recommend this company and would not use it again.

"We apologize for the problems that occurred during your install, we take full responsibility for the hole in your ceiling. We did try and repair and when she was not satisfied we sent her the money to pay for her contractor to fix it. It is not our practice to have this occur and we fix our mistakes if we make them. As for the company vehicle it was in the shop for an oil change the day of install so our installer was in his own truck. We assure you all of our installers are fully licensed and insured at all times! The materials we use are exclusively Bath Planet materials however we do go to Home Depot for plumbing accessories, sheet rock if needed and other smaller items to finish the job but the material that is sold to the customer is all Bath Planet material."

They were easy to deal with, and while expensive they offer an excellent warranty. Their installers were friendly and efficient. We have one panel that popped out and needs to be fixed. Otherwise, this would be 5/5/4.5.
