Description of Work: I requested a refinance on my condo. I was very specific that it was in an association that rented weekly in the Summer. After over 3 months I was denied and they refused to return my deposit now calling it an appraisal. The appraisal cost $400 they still haven't returned the other $95. I even has to increase my insurance on the condo, which I did immediately. Took forever to get email replies or call backs

 + -1 moreI'm looking for a HELOC and go to Dan 1st since he has the BEST mortgages. I tell him what I can get from x company and he says - that's a great deal snag it since our rates for HELOCs are not that low. Dan knows his stuff and when there's a better deal out there he tells me.
Description of Work: I'm always looking to refiance and now a HELOC. Dan Moore has provided me mortgages and refi's in the past. No one can beat his rates on mortgages.

 + -1 moreOverall it went well but we closed 1 day late. Everyone was flexible so it didn't effect us. My lawyer had to push a little more on the company to get the docs but for the great rate it was worth it. They also used my lawyer as their "bank" lawyer so costs are contained.
Description of Work: I was buying a non owner occupied rental property - which many companies don't finance. Dan Moore of Total Mortgage was great. They tied with with best rates on the internet and beat the other company in costs. They make $20,000,000+ in mortgages a month and can great unbelievable rates. They beat most other companies by 0.75% or more in interest rates! Both my lawyer and the sellers lawyer took down their information for future clients. Dan is very knowledgeable about the different programs.
