Our real estate agent was skeptical because the company was not local and I found them through bankrate.com on the web, but we received the best rate possible, excellent service, and saved a lot of money! You do not need to have a local mortgage company, the money can be wired to your closing just as easily from out-of-state as in town. I would definitely recommend them, and check out their website.
Description of Work: We got our new mortgage when we moved to Nashville in June 2006 through this company.
