SMS Property Management was born out of the desire to provide a more intimate and responsive level of property management than is available from other property management firms. Having been residents of condominium communities and single family HOA's for many years, the need for a responsive, involved property manager became very evident. Property management requires attention to detail and a high level of dedication to the task. Waterfront properties offer many unique challenges, requiring specialty knowledge in such areas as building & grounds maintenance, emergency planning, environmental considerations and other features. With 10+ years of experience, SMS Property Management is uniquely equipped to deliver on these needs, offering our association unit owners a high level of communication, responsiveness, technical ability, experience and talent.
