Appallingly bad customer service. Came to check on water damage, and suggested that there might be asbestos in the basement. Agreed to let them test a tile and piece of drywall, which "wouldn't cost much" since the insurance company "would handle it." A month later, received a bill for $1172, despite the fact that asbestos testing costs much less. When I asked for an explanation of the exorbitant pricing, they refused to tell me why it cost so much other than it being "market rates." It isn't. I would never work with this company again. Beware! They've perfected the art of gouging consumers and insurance companies alike.
