Roof Systems of CT is absolutely fantastic. Samper was timely, honest, and fantastically dependable. He took enormous care in the work and did an excellent job of communicating as the job progressed. I trust him entirely, and I was grateful for the enormous care he took in fixing our roof. He is wonderful, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

hate to leave a bad review but its necessary this time. terrible experience. seemingly inexperienced workers. left my home in a dangerous state that could have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning. still took all of the money. seemingly overcharged also. would not recommend.

In January, CT Roof Systems removed and replaced an old, leaking roof above my large enclosed porch (actually a sunroom). The leaks were major, which were causing mold to appear on the interior ceiling. Being greatly concerned, I took the advice of a friend who highly recommended Roof Systems. I called Samper, explained my situation, and he was at my home the next day to survey the situation. The source of the leaks was clear; the roof was very old, and had been installed improperly and it needed to be replaced. He sent me an estimate within a day and began work within a week. From the start Samper kept me abreast of the progress by texting me photos and videos of every step along the way. He uses the highest quality materials and he and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, the new roof was installed on Day One. A couple of days of rain interrupted the complete installation, but there were no leaks. He came back to finish the job as soon as the weather cleared. Mold was eradicated, and his men removed water stains and cleaned and repainted the interior. I cannot say enough positive things about Samper and CT Roof Systems: he is prompt, reliable and dependable; an excellent communicator, one knows what to expect from him via clear, step-by-step explanations; he does what he says he will do, he knows his craft and he does it superbly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. And importantly, there were no surprises. He was a pleasure to work with, and he has my highest recommendation.

Came out to repair a roof leak. They were only partially successful. The roof still leaks. Called and they said it is difficult to isolate leaks, probably should get a new roof. They were supposed to come out to estimate a new roof and were a no-show. Spent $300 dollars and still have a roof leak.
