They're amazing.  I can't tell you how accommodating they are.  They do a good job and there reasonably priced.  They're conservative in terms of what they do.  They don't just try to rebuild your car they just are reasonable and convenient and all of those good things.  I had a great experience with them.

Another great service they provide is a ride home if it will take a long time. They also have a very comfortable seating area and bathroom for while you are waiting.

They are very honest. They were our go-to car service. They did not try to sell you things we don't need. They make you aware of the warranties. We did move out of the area, but we would still use the if we could.

In their Milford, CT shop, there is an area to sit and wait. Getting an appointment was easy. They have a waiting area w/ chairs and reading material. You are in and out in +/- 15 minutes. They actually can drive a manual transmission without grinding gears or over- revving the engine. When the tech couldn't understand by himself how to open the locking gas tank door, he took the time to come to the lobbly to ask how to open it. I appreciate that. My friend had his forced open (and thus broken) at another garage.
