+ -1 moreThis guy installed a roof on a family home back in 2000. I just bought the home and discovered a leak in the roof. When I first called and left a message, explaining the situation, he never called back. Then I decided to call a couple days later and leave a brief message asking for a "price for my roof". Wouldn't you know, he called me back that same day. He had no idea I was the same person obviously. He did come out probably expecting to put a whole new roof on but I explained the situation. I even had the paperwork that my family saved with the 25 year warranty on the shingles. I expected to pay for labor which was fine. He seemed really nice and genuine and since it had been raining that day, he said he would come back the following week when it was dry and check it out with no problem. Well, he never showed up. I have called a few times and left him very nice, professional messages and reminders but he has ignored every single one. I can't believe this guy has been in business this long if this is what he does to customers. I would not trust him or hire him for anything.
