+ -1 moreHONESTLY IT WAS THE PRICE THAT CLINCHED IT, AND I KNEW THE PERSON SO I COULD LEAVE A KEY AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHO WAS IN THE HOUSE OR WORRY ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THEM.
