Mommy Maids I must say is very good at what they do. They showed up on time, cleaned everything and then some! They had far exceeded my expectations for a cleaning company. I would highly recommend Mommy Maids and I will most certainly be using their services again in the near future! A very trustworthy company that did an absolutely fantastic job!

I know Mommy Maids has been there the moment I walk into the house. It smells fresh and clean. I never have to worry about being there as they are very trustworthy nor do I have to worry about them not locking up and resetting my alarm. Tracy of Mommy Maids has been cleaning my house for almost two years now and I wouldn't have anyone else.
Description of Work
I live in a 2800 sq ft house and Mommy Maids comes bi-weekly. Each time they come they clean top to bottom my kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. My area rugs are vacuumed totally and all my hardwood floors are cleaned. All the furniture is polished, and all trash pails are emptied. Certain things are done monthly like the front of the kitchen cabinets.

Would never hire her again. I haven't had an opportunity to look around thoroughly to make certain nothing was taken.
Description of Work
Should have known better when she arrived an hour and a half late. Showed her around, made a list of things for her to do. She seemed together and I just let her go about cleaning so I could gauge her ability. After about 45 minutes she just left. I didn't realize immediately, but she had grabbed her purse, went to her car and drove away. Didn't say a thing. I guess something bugged her, I'll never know, but her behavior was unprofessional.

This review is very disheartening and due to mis-information by the client. Mommy Maids was hired to clean this home after a storm. It was for cleaning of the interior of the homes, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Unfortunately when i arrived this was not the list of items i was given to do. I was told to move large plants from outside to inside which i did agree to this request and lifted 30lb plants around for 40 minutes, I was then asked to carry 15lb sandbags from the front of the home to the rear and then informed my next task was to climb a large ladder in the front of the home to wash windows. It was at this time that I informed the male homeowner that i would be leaving. I did not charge them for the 1 hour of labor that i had performed for them.
