I only use this service as a last resort. Sometimes they can pick you up within 10 minutes of calling, other times it is over an hour. They don't always give a reliable estimate. The cars they drive are older, very inexpensive and in poor condition such as window crank missing and cigarette burns on the upholstery. The drivers sometime smoke on the job. I recommend the public bus for public transportation needs.
