Perhaps I'm being unfair to the workers as I suspect they make near
minimum wage and the franchise makes the lions share of the fee.
In the end we got a real so-so job and we paid dearly for it.

The first day the team came, they did OK... in the rooms they completed. They failed to clean one bedroom and one bathroom. I complained and so they gave me a discount...and made a special note to clean those rooms the following week. Great but the following week comes and those were the only rooms they cleaned. I called again and they were very pleasant and didn't charge me at all. The following week, they sent their "number one best" team. When they went into the office, my husband was on a business call and asked them to come back to vacuum the office later. They never came back and when he walked into the kitchen he realized they had left without cleaning the rest of the house, leaving the trash in the middle of the kitchen. I didn't even have to call to complain this time. They called me and told me that the team complained that my husband was extremely rude and they refused to clean our house anymore.

IF THEY SLOWED DOWN JUST A LITTLE THEY WOULD HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICES. I THINK THAT THEY ARE PROGRAMMED TO GO AS FAST AS THEY CAN AND GET OUT. THEY SACRIFICE QUALITY FOR SPEED.
