Initially, I was happy with the customer service provided when making appointments and upon their arrival, I felt they came unprepared and they only completed half of the work. Then they informed me that I should contact a landscaping company for the rest of the work. So I basically had to end up paying two different companies to complete one job instead of letting me know from the beginning my best choice if they were not willing or able to complete the job they contacted for. My suggestion if contracting them, is to require them to come see the work for an estimate and to make sure they can complete the work. I picked them because they had good ratings, but unfortunately, my experience with them was a bit aggravating.
