+ -1 moreJim tore out the bathtub and put in a shower unit. Unfortunately the tiler was terrible. We have white tile with beige grout and beige soap dishes. The tile around the floor drain is inches from the drain and filled in with grout - mismatched grout. The shower door is a door for a bathtub - not a shower door. My husband's head is above the shower door. The work is sloppy and unprofessional. Jim met with my husband and promised to rectify the situation. He never did and did not answer repeated phone calls.
Description of Work: Jim was supposed to tear out a bath tub and put in a shower with a seat for my 90 year old mother-in-law.
