+ 0 moreThe tiler hired by Jim's Plumbing & Remodeling did a sloppy job. The grout doesn't match the tile. The shower pan around the drain is grout, not tile. Grout is dried on the tiles and on the floor. The wrong shower door was installed; the caulking around it is awful. The toilet was barely reset with bolts or screws that are too long and which stick out. Jim's Plumbing & Remodeling did not check the work being done after the demolition and plumbing were done. I live in California and could not check the work in progress. When I did travel to Milford, I was appalled at the quality of the work. Frankly, the shower will have to be demolished and done again - hopefully by a reputable company.
Description of Work: Mr. Gaffney removed an existing bathtub, tile and ceiling. A shower was put in and the toilet was reset.
