Stan was very thorough and spent approximately 5 hours inspecting every part of an old home and it's outbuildings. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him and he responded to phone calls in the same day. He arrived on time to the appointment. He was very patient and discussed each item of concern and explained how to maintain various features of the home and approximate life left in various parts of the home. We gained very useful information from him. He also performed radon tests and a series of tests of the well water.
