There was some delay in performing the job due to a change in ownership of the company. But in a reasonable time, this was sorted out and the job was performed in a very satisfactory way. The workers were late in coming, but that was not a big thing for me and it all worked out fine.
Have had the Gutter Helmet on my roof for years now and it works as advertised. No longer need to hire someone every year to clean leaves and dirt out of the gutters.
