Terrible. 1. he came over on December 1 to look at the job; 2. he sent me a quote on December 6 which I immediately accepted; 3. I heard nothing, then asked him for an update on January 17; 4. he replied on January 17 saying he would start it "next week" and said he would come on Monday January 23 to take measurements; 5. he did not show up on January 23, so I texted him; 6. he replied on January 24 that he had been sick and would come on Thursday January 26; 7. on January 26 he did not show up and texted that he was "stuck in Hartford"; 8. I heard nothing back until February 10, so I texted him to ask about the status; 9. He texted back on Feb 10 sand said "I'm going to try for next week at the end of the week to deliver"; 10. I heard nothing back until February 27, when I texted him to ask for a status update; 11. I called him on February 28 and he told me that he would be able to install soon; 12. I heard nothing back until March 13 when I texted him again for a status update; 13. He replied on March 13 "Paul I will get it done….I promise that I will get to you by the beginning of next week promise" 14. He did not, in fact, get to me by the "beginning of next week". Or the week after that. Or the week after that….. 15. I texted him on March 27 to ask about status. No reply. 16. I have sent 3 more texts since then. No reply. He is also not picking up the phone or returning my calls. I am 52 years old and this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
