"Hi Josh- from my recollection, you reached out to me about your dish washer not pumping out. I explained before I came out what the problem could be (bad wiring harness or faulty control board). I clearly explained my thought process and was totally transparent regarding the repair-- If there was a clog it would be worth fixing because it will just be labor, but if its an electrical problem the board would be too expensive when you could get a new unit for 400-500$. You still opted to have me come out. I removed the unit, removed the drain pump and there was no obstruction, so I condemned the unit and reinstalled back into counter. You seemed like a very handy and knowledgeable guy so I encouraged you that if you had time you can attempt to track down any faulty wiring (but wasn't worth my hourly charge for me to do it). You called me the next day and said it was working and you didn't have to do anything but turn the unit on. Meaning that in the process of my uninstalling and reinstalling, the faulty connection was addressed. So you had a repaired unit for the $100 trip charge rather than the $200 plus parts repair charge. However, with a repaired unit, you called me demanding that I apologize for giving you "faulty information" If I was short on the phone, I apologize. However, I'm incredibly fair priced, honest and courteous as you can see by my other great reviews."
