after price comparing several companies in the area, I had DPC come in and shock my well. Demetrius was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get rid of all the bacteria in one treatment. i would highly recommend tgis company for their professionalism, fair prices, and helpfulness.

The night before the "winter bomb cyclone" hit CT; when no other local pump or plumber service would come out, Demetrius was with us within two hours of our call. He efficiently re-pressurized our water tank and the charge was no more than we have paid previously. Highly recommend Demetrius and DPC Quality Pump Service.

Called Dean at 7 pm on Friday night of the long July 4th weekend when we realized we had no water. Dean was at the house within 30 minutes and determined we needed to replace the pump down at the bottom of the 300+ deep well. His son came over and the pulled the pump and replaced it by around 10 pm. This was customer service at its finest! Highly recommended.

Same day service, the woman on the phone was so nice and friendly. I had an unknown issue with discoloring of the water. The repair man came and diagnosed it for me and fixed the issue, he also gave me additional tips for upkeep. It was fairly priced as well. Thank you!!!

This company installed my water softener with a reactor tank for removing dissolved iron. The system worked fine until I called the company for preventive maintenance. The repair person came and did "something" (I was not there). The day after the person came, I noticed that the water usage for the day was zero. I didn't think anything of it until the water was noticibly hard a week later. Called them back and they whacked me for another $175. I think the repair person swapped a good water flow sensor with a bad one to generate another service call. Or was it coincidence? You decide.

Dean from DPC contacted me immediately after I submitted a request to service magic. He was knowledgeable and flexible in accommodating my schedule (even though it was a holiday week). He took his time to explain everything to me once a problem was found with my well and I appreciated the time he took to be sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was happy to get a call within 10 minutes of posting my project. They installed a new water tank and filtration system and related piping and valves which fixed my water quality problems and they fixed a couple of leaks too. They did a very good job, as promised, and on time. I also experienced improved water pressure as a result of their job. The only negative was I wish they would invest in a tarp as they had to rely on me and my towels to provide protection for my carpeting. Other than that, no complaints and still worthy of a 5 star rating.
