When we began having transmission issues, we took the car to a transmission company because the transmission was to be covered under the extended warranty we signed with Dan Perkins. There was apparently a tiny box on the original contract that we did not check, which made the transmission ineligible under the warranty we signed. Now they are not able to contact the warranty company, and are refusing to fix the transmission until they hear from the warranty company. They have to take the transmission entirely out to fix it, and we want them to stand by the warranty we signed up for. I understand that the warranty is offered through another company, but I would have expected Dan Perkins to help.
