DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We needed our AC condensers replaced (not a small job), and it took me 5 tries to confirm weâ d like to proceed with the work after our project manager failed to call me back. We are now trying to confirm if they pulled a permit for the work, we have emailed the project manager (Brian Mahon) twice and called 6 times. Each time (if we get through at all) he is â stepping into a meetingâ â and never calls us back. RUN AWAY and find literally anyone else.

The salesman was very personable. He came to assess what had to be done, recommended a brand of faucet and shower head that had parts that are easily found. They came to look at the sump pump and leaking hose in the crawlspace. Because they found a foot of water in there, they didn't finish the job but recommended another service to pump out the water before repairing/replacing the sump pump. I can't properly complete this survey until the job is done.

The service person was excellent, polite, efficient. The pricing (which he had to call into the office to get... hmmm, strange) was way out of line for the work performed. Looks like they are competing with Aiello for the priciest services in CT. If you have money to burn, this your company!
