+ -1 moreHe completed the work partially and then would not return phone calls. Since he was a sub he was supposed to have his work done before the contractor. The contractor completed the work and he was still not complete. He left the electric panel he installed unlabeled. After months of waiting we finally took care of it ourselves.
Description of Work: He was a sub on our kitchen renovation.
