What an outstanding man and what an outstanding job he did I would give him unlimited stars if could he went out of his way the job was complicated but he stayed all day until it was done because we only have one bathroom how considerate he cleaned up not a speck was left he also sanitized everything after he was done what a great job and a great man I will hire no one else but him

I called AJR and they came out ther very next morning exactly when they said they would. He looked at the job and gave me an estimate of time and cost within the first 5 minutes. The job was completed within the estimate. He was very professional. We then asked for an estimate to replace our main valve from the street. He asked if we had Pipe Safe insurance from the water company, which we do. He could of done the job and taken our money but instead said to call the water company because it would be covered with our pipe safe plan. Always nice to find an honest tradesman.

Alan Ruane re-set three toilets for me (after the bathrooms were tiled), replaced the faucets and taps on two sinks, replaced a shower rough-in valve and fixed a leaking sink. His estimate was fair and he started the work immediately. He has a even-keel personality, works quickly and neatly, and is proficient in his profession. He was able to install the rough-in value that I had purchased, whereas two other plumbers I had over to bid on the projects immediately said there was insufficient room. He studied the problem and worked out a way to get it done. I am very pleased with results on all of his work and can recommend him unreservedly.

Very pleased with Al's quick response. He works clean and has a great attitude. The main issue (toilet) was successfully repaired and he also was willing to fix a leaky faucet during the same visit. I plan to use his services again in the near future at another property.
