"After months of non-payment from the member, Air Perfect did successfully get paid in small claims. Sometimes when other companies come and perform work on a heating and cooling system what they do is incorrect. We performed boiler maintenance, then another company came and altered or adjusted the air band shutter - there by allowing soot to build up. Our technician responded quickly to the emergency call for service and explained the situation clearly to the member. Afterward, he chose to blame us for our workmanship rather then pursue the intervening company. It is always a shame when the customer is unhappy with the services provided - even more so when the true problem was not of our doing."
