The cleaners were very nice, and did an ok job in the time they were allotted. I even gave them a tip.The owner on the other hand was very rude and disrespectful, never have I been spoken to in such a way. There was no confirmation they just showed up, I called to see if we could reschedule She told me no they are already there and rushed me off the phone. After the cleaners finished the owner called me yelling at me on the top of her lungs for a mistake that she made she under estimated the job and demanded more money after the girls left. She is very pushy and rude. Then wanted to keep a recurring schedule. And explain why she acted the way she did. No thanks!!!!! This was my first and last time hiring a cleaning service especially hers.

The owner was unprofessional, she tried to change the price halfway through the job, and she got very loud and hostile with me. I had to ask her and her crew to leave my home immediately. One of the maids threw dirty mop water on my front lawn, they did not do the work that they stated they were going to do. Never ever again.

"This is totally untrue. I offered her a free cleaning, and took off $30. I offered everything and she would not stop yelling. We work very hard and clean like no one else! When we left it looked amazing and this client even stated so. Nothing satisfied her, not a lot of cleaning companies would clean like this. She was amazed and said she never seen someone clean the bathrooms as good as we did. My girls do an excellent job every place they go! We offer a personalized service and take pride in our work!"

Estimated over the phone only, a big mistake came and asked for more money. Agreed to upcharge, then she did not do the job completely: dust on blinds, cobwebs, dirt under rugs on the wood floor, etc. NOTE: She, Rose, does NOT do the work herself. They locked a door and did not clean the last room and refused to come back.

"According to this gentleman, I gave him a quote for just the main floor of his home. The price he was given was based solely on just working in on that specifically. When we got there, he wanted us to do upstairs, the bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as changing and washing the linens on the basement bedroom. I told him that we don't do laundry because it's too time consuming. As we were cleaning, he asked us to do the windows, which is also another service we don't offer. I told him that we would have to charge him more for all the additional work, which he was not happy about. He was charged $250 for 6 hours of work, we ended up being ther for 7.5 hours. We were unable to get to the basement because it was locked. I called him, as he was supposed to check our work before we left. He answered the phone and said he couldn't speak and wouldn't be able to come back. He wanted us to come back to do the basement, I told him we would not be able to for the same price, I would have to pay my staff more for a new cleaning. He asked what would it take for us to come and finish the basement, I asked for $50, he offered $25, which I refused. This is a misrepresentation of what actually happened."

Communication was a bit of an issue. Did a good job cleaning for the price but was hoping for more attention to detail.

I hired this company to clean a one bedroom apartment. I don't have any other companies to compare with this company. The owner and the workers were very nice and accommodating. The girls did a nice job for the overall surface dirt. I had to ask them to redo some areas in the kitchen, for example, the top of stove and outside refrigerator. They dusted the blinds but I had to redo them. I'm very particular about attention to detail. So in that regard, they didn't meet my expectations.

We called you to find out how everything went and we kept playing phone-tag, which I sincerely apologize for. I thought everything had gone great until we saw this rating, then you told us we overcharged you, but $145 for six hours of work is pretty sufficient. I am sorry if we didn't communicate correctly or if you didn't like that price, but we do appreciate your review and thank you for letting us know and keeping us on our toes!"

Affordable Cleaning came with 3 lovely ladies and cleaned all my rooms vaccuming, dusting, washing floors, kitchen, bathroom. My stove is so clean I don't want to use it. They all did a beautiful job and I will call them again.
