Dishonest pricing. Quoted one price over the phone and then added $22.00 to final price because I used an American Express CC . DO NOT hire them unless your willing to pay more than quoted when job is completed .

"We apologize for the inconvenience. When we called for the initial quote, we explained that it would be only an additional fee for the smoke detector, but did not charge for the credit card because we did not want to upset you. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

We had a problem with our clothes dryer. Tranmer responded to our home within four hours and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very knowlgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. I would recommend him highly.

I had a next day rush job to do and Tranmer Electric was there bright and early and got the job done. Very responsive and quality work. Also left the worksite broom clean. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

2 high vol & 2 low vol outlet w min snaking, change out 3 ext fixtures & repair 1 fix wiring for $550, COD. One of them was crass, they forgot to put a LG mirror back on the wall, left personal belongings behind, and broke 3 glass globes on my new fixture.

Rick was AWESOME. On-time and extremely helpful. I really wanted to install a bluetooth/ceiling vent in the bathroom and new technology is always a challenge with an older home. Rick made it work and I couldn't be happier to be able to listen to tunes while showering. Very neat, clean and quite. I work from home and he was extremely respectful. He also took the time to give me additional suggestions and information on other electrical projects I am looking to do.

Rick, the project manager, was prompt with his response and quote, and checked in with me post installation to ensure satisfaction with the work. The electricians, Drew and Rick, were on time, courteous, and very professional. I had several recessed lights, some switches, and light fixtures installed in a newly renovated space. They were careful to make sure nothing was damaged while they worked and even took their shoes off on the new floor. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.
