Description of Work: MJT has been hired by my condo's Association to put up siding on our homes. To say their work is haphazard and shoddy would be an understatement. We were promised time and again, "three crews of 8, each with a supervisor" time and again by MJT's salesman. Most of the time we have skeletal crews of 2, maybe 3, never have we had the full crews promised. It never seems they have a coordinated plan as to completing the project and are now a month behind schedule. The workmanship is shoddy, you can see noticeable gaps in the siding, and areas where the molding doesn't match. Rarely, if ever, do you see the Project Manager on site, and he takes forever to respond to questions and concerns, if he ever does. They've left patios exposed when they removed the decks and now a large number of patios have been destroyed. All this and it costs $4 million?? The siding, Hardie Plank, looks like imitation plastic trying to pass off as wood. Several neighbors report that their window contractor is $1000s more than other contractors. Avoid them at all costs.
