I did not hire him to do the work.
Description of Work: No work was performed but I was unimpressed with his vision of the scope of the project and his estimated cost. I discussed this with several other people, including some contractors (not in the running for the job) and they agreed that he wanted to "overdo" the project so he could overcharge me. Very disappointed.
