Went well. Very responsive. Came out when they said they would. Followed up with me on a few concerns. All good.

Jason's service was excellent. Jason moved heaven and earth to get it in before the big storm hit. He also called the vice president of the propane company because he did not like the estimate the salesman gave me. He explained to the vice president of the company that the man was trying to take advantage of me. He was able to get a third of the cost knocked off. He was terrific and really helped me with everything. I did not have to do anything and he was extremely responsive. I thought the price was reasonable given the amount of work he did.

I went wanted a stationary propane generator so I went to the Generac web site and asked for a dealer in the area to contact me. One nearby called while I was out and left no message. L-train called even though they are not close (by CT standards: they're in central CT, I'm in NE CT). Jason came out the next day to give an estimate. He talked me out of getting a bigger generator than I needed. His guys came out soon after and installed a pad and dug a trench to the house before the ground froze. When the generator came in, the guys showed up when they said they would, hooked it up and showed me how it works. It is hard to find a good contractor in this part of CT, so I was really happy the L-Train was interested in doing business out n the boonies where I live. These guys are legit.

The gentlemen was prompt, professional, and thorough. He was also very neat and courteous. They did a good job, and I would recommend them.
