I called the business phone at 9:00 on Sunday night expecting to get a voice mail, but instead Mrs. Krol answered the phone. I apologized profusely and she was very pleasant natured. She scheduled an appointment for her husband to do the site inspection. He and Mrs. Krol showed up timely and were enjoyable to meet with. Mr. Krol inspected the site and advised me how to proceed, ie; get a site map, informed me of the town regulations and who else needed to be present for the soil testing. Krol Construction was responsive to my calls and, although they did reschedule the original soil testing appointment, they came out the second time, again on time and prompt.

They are attractive initially because they come in with a lower bid, but they have a bad operation. I was not overjoyed with the work that they did, so we fired them in the middle of the job and hired someone else to complete it.

THEY MADE SURE THAT THE SEPTIC TANK WAS FIXED AND EMPTIED SO I DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND THEY HAVE JUST CALLED TO COME OUT AGAIN TO EMPTY IT AGAIN.
