I was completely amazed on how easy the process was. As a new home owner having a roof leak it was devastating. Imperial roofing helped me through the whole insurance process and made it completely painless. I now have a beautiful roof and I am so excited. I can’t wait for my next project, I will definitely be calling them back! Highly recommend.

The entire process with Justin from start to finish was a breeze which is very important when you are seven months pregnant with a two year old! He came over to give me an estimate right away and it was obvious that he knew his stuff and took pride in his work. Everything was exactly as he said it would be from the drop off of the dumpster and materials to the pick up of everything. The property was kept so clean during the entire process & they even dealt with working around a nest of baby birds who hatched in a wreath on my porch. Talk about taking extra care of things! I had heard from friends when I posted on Facebook asking who to hire that Imperial was amazing, but I really got to see first hand! This was a big job & I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend & will definitely use again when we are ready to redo our deck!

The service was spectacular. They took the extra time to do the job. They have involved us in the decision making and in choosing the right products and materials for the work. They're super flexible and super easy. Justin and Kevin were just amazing to work with. They keep us educated and informed throughout the whole processed.

In October of 2020 we looked at 5 roofing companies. Roof completed by Imperial, shingles done okay, however, we are having a major issue with our new ridge vent that was badly installed by Imperial, curling/not installed to manufacturer instructions -- missing nails, not joined correctly, I've dealt directly with Owens Corning on a resolution to have it replaced correctly installed - no help from Imperial owner. Poor response from owner and his partner, to emails/texts/phone calls. They visited job site and took video/pictures, however, no follow-thru after sharing pictures of workmanship issues proving bad installation validated by a Platinum Certified Owens Corning roofing business. Looking for them to own up to their bad work and monetary refund for my troubles. Be careful and cautious when using this business for home improvement jobs you get estimates for. They are not a preferred contractor - my bad I never checked - for Owens Corning and I would NOT recommend them. Lots of work had to be done with homeowner proving things and working directly with Owens Corning to resolve.
